2025 North American Tour Signed Poster

I tried to reach out to customer service four separate times regarding my order over the course of five weeks. I never got a response, and six weeks after my initial order, the item was randomly delivered to the address I had just moved from. I moved states so there was no way I will be able to get my item, an issue I communicated and asked to address but was unable to get in contact with anyone. I love this band but I was highly disappointed by this experience and can’t recommend anyone purchase from this shop.
