I love pretty much all of the orders I've made. I had troubles with a few scratching and they fixed it right away. You definitely need to pay attention the the heat settings and when to peel . Also, the care for instructions when they are all done are very important. A few of my shirts were dried and ended up flaking. Totally messed up on my part! Can't even blame my husband this time! I like the custom print material more than the ready to ship ones. I don't know what it is, but some are different. All in all, I will continue to order both custom and RTS prints frome them.
