Upload a Gang Sheet

I can’t express how pleased I am with my order. I have ordered multiple times, and I am a very happy customer. Oh the quality is great and shipping is fast.

I was not happy with the gang sheet i ordered this time. I know that i am new to this and Crystal told me that if I needed help she would assist. I did offer to pay for any corrections. Some of the prints had streaks through them this time. I appreciate the service and fast turnaround tho.

Received a half sheet, with the design cut straight through the middle. Was told it was because i sent a horizontal file, but nothing in the description, cart, invoice, etc stated orientation needed to be a specific direction, just general measurements. So i paid for a 22x60 sheet and got a 24x30 sheet missing half my design. I requested they correct this and send a new sheet but received a reply saying they would give me a discount on a new one. This is not an acceptable solution given the lack of requirements and now i am out the money, sheet and will be searching for a new company as they have now stopped replying. Very dissatisfied.
