Hello, It seems to me that if it is a great idea to have two bins going at the same time so you are never out of grass, the insert should come with the tray if you have ordered. You want us to buy 2 complete kits which I should have done instead of an extra tray that did not come with a box, or insert. As far as the grass is concerned, it came up heavily and lasted 2 weeks.
