Grey wool pant

Sadly, this pair of pants is too tight and I have just learned that I am not allowed to return/exchange them since they are made to order. I wasn’t aware of this non-return policy before purchasing, and I am most unhappy to find this out after the fact. I previously purchased the same wool pant (in cream) and they fit as expected with the same dimensions. The grey wool pant is too tight for comfort and I will not be placing any further orders because of this sizing discrepancy.
