Custom pants part 2

So the leg ended up being too long, i had to roll the cuff AND subtract 1 inch to get the correct inseam, which i requested 28 inches. The thigh was correct (25") and the cuff was correct (18") but the pinch at the knee (14.5") was ignored and measured at 21" on the pants. Also, the off-spec front and rear rise has my pants sitting in an uncomfortable waist zone, and the rise i requested would allow them to be more comfortable without irritating my crotch area

Poor Fit / Poor communication

Order process was slightly quirky but still ok. Fit is unfortunately very poor. The only thing wich is worse is the communication. Be careful and do not expect prompt responses. After sending photos I am waiting for feedback for weeks now.
