Nice dark roast profile for (night) espresso

This blend is a bit on the dark side, almost like a French roast. It has low acidity, making it a good choice for those who suffer from acid reflux. I tried this as an espresso and settled on a ratio of 18g in and 36g out in 28 seconds. I got a lot of nice chocolate, orange zest, and lingering pastry/beignet flavors. It has a nice thick body, and I would recommend this blend for espresso. You can enjoy coffee at night! :D
