Great flavour , good pre workout

Very satisfied

Was looking for a low creatine option and this was one that met the the mark. High quantities of other useful ingredients like citrulline compared to other low creatine options. Clean sustained energy and I don't crash. I take it at 1pm to train after work by 6pm and i still feel energetic to get through a good work out while being able to sleep.
