Broken, again
These mugs are so cute, but this is my 2nd time ordering and it came broken AGAIN! The first order I placed, it arrived broken. I reported, recieved great custimer service, and a replacement was sent. It came too late for my gift exchange at work, but was able to gift it to someone else, who loved it! So, I ordered another one. 2nd order was damaged. The handle was broken just like in the first order. This is so disappointing.
They should really package these better so they dont arrive broken.
