Awful packaging. My bag came placed in a plastic bag, NOT a protective BOX. When I opened the bag, my handbag was bent. Very disappointed that this “luxury” brand does not protect its product. Delivery Bag had footprints on it. Luxury bag treated like amazon knockoff.
