Length Retention System

All I saw was good reviews, which should have been a red flag because no product works well for everyone. However, I wanted to try the products for myself. The first thing that i noticed was the products do not have a pleasant smell. I am sensitive to smells and this triggered a migraine headache. When I mentioned the unpleasant product smell on their facebook page, they did not reach out to me for more information or anything. Instead, they blocked me on facebook. Had I known that they lacked customer service, I would have never attempted to support this black owned company. Now I’m stuck with these smelly products that I can’t even give away.

Smells wonderful. Wonderful product for my daughter's hair. She has a really thick textured hair. This has really help to manage her hair. Hair day made easy

This product line is different in a very good way. Each item is unique with its own purpose, from the oil to the butter cream, that delivers a thorough cleansing to an almost unbelievable oil that gives the hair a "veil" like covering that's not greasy yet the hair is noticeably softer to the touch-a factor that I never ever experienced with any other brand before. The aroma of each product isn't filled with a perfumed fragrance, it's just a natural clean like smell that you can appreciate. Im going to take notes for the next 30 days to see how it actually works for my 4c hair type.
