Gloves. The nylock nuts have sharp edges and if you use an impact to spin them on, you may round holes into your fingers and bleed on your new dolly..:D Anyways putting it together was fun. Intuitive really. One of the first instruction is to turn the axle label “aft”. Unless AFT means “UP” in boat-lingo, someone put my sticker on incorrectly at the factory. I rallied and figured it out. I test fit my Hobie Outback on the thing. The dolly could be about a foot longer. It wants to teeter up at the nose. With a motor “aft” it will definately pop up and I need to tie it down. The two rubber “supports” have to be put way up front to even contact the kayak hull. Overall, I believe this thing will save my lower back putting my kayak into/out-of the water. It aint a trailer, but I dont have trailer storage space, so this will be awesome. I dinked it ONE-STAR because it really doenst fit the Outback all that well. Oh, the dolly was way bigger than I envisioned. It is BURLY!! I now understand how it can come with a hitch attachment!! (I may buy that soon)
