The quality of the pants is very good. I find that they run a bit small. During use, the elastic band tends to slip out of the plastic rollers. However, this does not affect their functionality.

Women's???

The system is great and the shorts are very well made. Unfortunately even fit women have curves and men's shorts are very ill fitting. Perhaps you could align with a women's company like couer, ouiselle, or title nine to come up with shorts that are better suited for 50% of your market. My recommendation to women with any sort of curve to size up. The waist may be huge, but you'll be able to get the thigh positioned properly. I'm 5'9, 128 pounds and I can just get the medium over my thighs.

Snug but good!

Based on their sizing table I would say it fits true to size. It wasn't exactly clear how high up the leg the "cuff" gets measured for size. Initially it felt like the short was too snug and worried I sized too small but realized that once it is hooked up to the Lever they will still start to ride up a little. The silicone strips help to limit that but it's still a balancing act to have it be tight enough to not ride up too much and not too tight. Overall, a good short for what it needs to be. Durability is unknown but overall quality seems sufficient for that.
