Surprise Wet Cake

We got a bit of a surprise. It was our mistake in thinking it was not a Wet Cake. But that takes nothing away from the cake itself, that was an excellent cake.

Delicious desserts.

We purchased three desserts including the carrot cake, mango cheesecake and this almond cake. All three were delicious. Everyone enjoyed them, but this was my favorite. I hid the leftover piece and didn't share. It remained moist days later and just as good as the first day. Highly recommend Catalina's.
