I lived tuna fish sandwiches but due to salt content I wasn’t able to eat them. Now I can. It tastes good but you do need a nice amount of mayo as it’s a little bit dryer than regular tuna. If you like tuna but couldn’t est it due to salt, this is a great option

Just made a light to the salad with them using yogurt and it turned out great. Just were wish each can wasn’t so expensive

It tastes just like regular tuna to me. I have made as tuna salad, and added it as a protein in a regular salad.
