[PREORDER] Ancient Acrylic Charms

To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I did not receive the correct order. I was delivered Veil of Mourning White Lily instead of the White Lily from this listing. Considering I ordered these in November of last year and only recieved them in May it's highly disappointing that I had to wait so long just to get the incorrect keychain. My package was also missing the promised free rubber keychain for delayed preorders. I contacted support shortly after to convey the issue and was promised a fixed order after verifying my address. However, I have yet to receive that fixed order as well as any updates from support. I thought it important to bring to attention since the shop is reopening and taking new orders while I haven't even gotten the correct order from November. This tanks my trust in this shop quite a bit. As for the false keychain itself; very good quality! Vibrant with no scratches or chipping under the protective layer. I would be pleased if it was what I wanted.
