Gourdy 14" Deluxe Plush

Absolutely awful customer support, i ordered an astro plushy may 3rd, when shipping month comes around? No notifications on if its been shipped , the address was messed up, i asked them to fix it? I think they did although no confirmation, there was no notice if he was shipped or not. Gourdy came fast.

He is so cute!! The attention to detail is amazing. Only problems is that 1 of his thumbs were a little bit smaller than the others. And his tail feels loose. Overall brilliant plushie 5 stars!

This product is very well-made and although it was shipped from abroad, it got here very quickly. My daughter is over the moon with it. We have ordered another another character.
