Ordered a replacement part after a quick email exchange with a representative and part received within a few days and everything went great. Thank you.

Item itself was exactly what we were needing and works great. I ordered the set of gear boxes and only received one originally, they did put the other in the mail once I reached out to them. Only took away one star due shipping the wrong item first, but customer service is great and had the correct item the next week.

Customer service

Had initially ordered the wrong part. Customer service came through like champs and helped me resolve the issue. Installed both new gearboxes. Can Am running as if it was brand new. Hats off to customer service.
