The worst non existent customer service. Couldn’t give them a 0. I ordered, shipping was way longer than indicated. Ordered for a vacation, changed the address after I realized it wouldn’t get to me on time. Then it still didn’t ship and went to my vacation address and arrived after I left. Ive spent the last 5 days trying to pay to have it shipped to me working with the hotel. JL has been silent and has not responded to one single email after sending 5. I simply requested help with this shipping as the carrier kept telling me that the shipper would be the best person to reroute. The worst. Gigi Burris and others are a million times better and legit. This company is a joke.
