Large fits much better! Bought to go with matching shorts. The XL was huge so im glad i exchanged. The zip collar is a bit high- i wouldnt wear zipped all the way up bc it would hit my chin. And have to fold it down to make a collar but still worth it for this soft yet substantial fabric
