Love it! I have been taking shilajit for over 11 weeks now. Started with the drops, went to resin daily and now take a gummy 30 - 45 minutes before working out. My energy, stamina and mental acuity have definitely increased. The quality and depth if my workout has really improved as well as day to day activities. It seems like my hair is even thicker. Overall, this is a great supplement to improve overall quality of life.
