Stetson 30X El Patron Felt Cowboy Hat - Silver Belly

Horrible customer service. Recived item that was damaged , had a very visible line/mark imprinted half way around the hat , was not happy because this was a very expensive hat, I ordered it ealy to wear ro a nice cowboy themed event . I called as soon as i got my item. No one answerd so i left my contact info and reason for call. Never recieved a call back. I also emailed the issue. When I emailed that I was about to give a bad reciew due to lack of service, I got an email back with a return slip for a replacement which would have gotten to me too late for the event since It took two weeks to recieve any reply back. I asked if i coukd wear it as I had no other hat to wear and replace it after the event. They only responded with another return slip which did not answer my question. I called again hoping to speak to someone and left another message of how to contact me as no one seems to answer. I still have not received a call. Very dissapointed !
