Customer service was awesome and the product is beautiful

Product great, customer service overwhelmed and not helpful . I bought the wrong belt and realized there was a problem attaching my buckle to the belt strap. I called and wrote for customer service multiple times trying to figure out which belt was correct. I finally just returned the belt and bought another. I guessed right. A little frustrated since this was a gift. A month late but the gift was appreciated.
