Rios of Mercedes Safari Gray Elephant Cowboy Boots - Granite

Update to my earlier review: the repair performed by Pinto Ranch was cosmetic only. The walking stitch was pulled and the area was glued down, which has since failed. Had the standard process been followed, the boots would have been sent to Rios for evaluation and handled as a defect. Instead, the issue was not corrected, and the manufacturer is now addressing the problem directly. Based on this experience, I will not be returning as a customer.

Amazing boots by Rios of Mercedes. First time at a Pinto Ranch store and it was beautiful. Wish we hadnt gotten there at closing so we couod have had more time to take it all in.

Absolutely beautiful boots. These are my first pair of Rio's but it will not be the last. I truly could not be happier with my purchase.
