Don’t be held hostage by the weather
Kviek yeast, or as I call it, magic yeast, is a game changer for most brews. No temperature controlled fermentation vessel, no problem!! I brewed a lime lager and fermented in my 80-90 degree garage. It tasted just as good as a previous batch of the same beer that was lagered at 50 degrees. I always have some on hand during the summer.
