Great glutamine supplement

Just like many other max’s supplements this glutamine doesn’t disappoint, have only just started using it and am noticing faster recovery rates between gym workouts and overall better gut health. Is definitely going to be a staple in my usual order from nutrition warehouse from now on.

I mix it daily with my protein shake and have less aches after a workout. Mixes in nicely.
