Softest merino socks ever
I am a fan of Point 6 so I have about half dozen of their 3/4 crew and crew socks, and the Topo Ultra Light is far and away the softest and most comfortable pair I have. They are warm and light and just really, really soft. Wear them mostly around town but sometimes for running no when it’s cold.

Terrific for long and short distances
I run in these socks for both long and short distances, in sweltering heat and frigid cold. No chafing or issues. Like smooth construction, which reduces hot spots. The only problem is that the elastic at the top of the sock has loosened and rides down my leg. Now it could be that I wear these more than usual (two to three times a week, I wear the same pair), or it is a fluke, as the other Point6 socks I have don’t have the same issue.
