What a great design. So simple, so effective. Minimal impact on the environment, inexpensive to manufacture. Many people as they design new products add features and complexity. The most elegant products are those that most simply perform the function they are designed to and do it well.

Company Coffee Filters

I've been using Chemex for years. As a cost saving measure my daily coffee filter is a metal colander and a regular basket filter. I keep a box of real Chemex filters on hand for those times when I want to impress guests.
