OUTSTANDING Customer Service!
I ordered a Belgian flag for my girlfriend for Christmas. I had her open it up on Christmas Eve and she absolutely loved the flag of her native country, however it was damaged due to the box being mishandled during the shipping process.
I contacted Shawna & Art after the Holidays and they shipped us a new one and their claim with FedEx was paid so that was good news.
Needless to say the end product was fantastic as was my initial experience with Patriot Wood!! Just ordered my second flag as a graduation gift for my daughters boyfriend and I'll be ordering many more!
