EP Amarone

I've made this wine in the past and the results were fantastic. Lightly oaked in Hungarian oak barrel and aged 1 year before enjoying the first bottle. If you make this one, you need patience. Don't drink it too soon or you'll deny yourself the reward. (oak spirals during clearing would work just fine)
