Fast, authentic sounds / results

VICE is great if you need typical 80s drum sounds quickly. The selection of samples (kits) is limited, but very authentic. Sample editing could be a bit more flexible/versatile, but it's sufficient for quick beats and results. The internal sequencer/loop player takes some getting used to, but I personally prefer programming my own sequences/beats anyway.

Easy-to-use and intuitive drum plugin, perfect for crafting retro '80s and synthwave beats. It offers decent customization through its parameters, though it’s not overly in-depth, keeping things simple for quick workflows. Nice UI. Good for fast results tailored to its genres.
