Overloud Gem EQ550

A clean, tight and precise take on the classic API 550 EQ design.

This EQ feels incredibly focused and musical. It sounds especially impressive on drums - punchy, defined and controlled, with a very cool saturation option that adds character without compromising clarity. The presets are accurate and genuinely mix-ready, saving valuable time during sessions. The ability to engage or bypass individual bands and use the Cue function makes workflow fast and intuitive. The only feature I personally miss is an auto gain / automatic gain compensation option when using the saturation, which would make level matching even easier during decision-making. A fully functional trial version is available directly from the Overloud website, which makes it easy to test it in your own sessions. Highly recommended for modern, efficient mixing.
