Flawed design

The wheel that also functions as a depth of cut adjustment doesn't. work right. If you tighten it to the point where it does't come loose it will not rotate. If you tighten it just to the point where the wheel will rotate, within 15 seconds it will loosen to the point it must be re-tightened. Quite frustrating. If the wheel turns the edger works great but I can't figure out how to keep it from vibrating loose. I want my money back.
