These actually fit they’re made of strong durable plastic. They don’t lose their shape when washed my water does get hot, even not in the dishwasher and they don’t lose their shape where the cheap ones I’ve gotten from Amazon I’ve had to get rid of and they no longer fit the cans. The silicone can lids. Don’t stay on these actually stay on, so yes, these are worth their price which is not much! I had buy six of them to replace all the ones I had
