I broke the glass on ann Ion bottle. I ordered the glass and a seal. The box arrived 10 days later. I was astonished when the box was opened. Great bottle, great company

I would highly recommend Ion Pro to anyone interested in improving their hydration practices. The company is great, helped me out when I had a challenge with a broken bottle from a drop. I had a new one in no time, and the process was seamless. Highly recommend!

Great replacement

Thank you for the glass replacement. It broke and I didn’t want to miss out on this wonderful water bottle. I use it all day everyday. I wonder if you’d consider including seals with replacements or at least offering the option. Just an idea. I’ll be ordering new seals.
