I broke the glass on ann Ion bottle. I ordered the glass and a seal. The box arrived 10 days later. I was astonished when the box was opened. Ion made the decision to ship a complete newly designed water bottle. This is a company that values their customers. Ion understands customer service. Thank you.

Great bottle, great company

I would highly recommend Ion Pro to anyone interested in improving their hydration practices. The company is great, helped me out when I had a challenge with a broken bottle from a drop. I had a new one in no time, and the process was seamless. Highly recommend!

Better not have typo in your address

Old glass broke, couldnt get gasket of it so tossed it. Didn’t realize new hlass had no gasket so placed order gor them. Paid with paypay but they used address i typed in instead and didnt realize i had 1 number wrong. Clearly they dont check for valud addresses or compare them to PayPal address so item was never delivered. I reached out to see what could be done and they said it was all my responsibility. Post office sent package back to ionbottles and i never was contacted about it. I just tossed my bottle in the trash and ordered a new one elsewhere.
