Replacement Rubber Seal for Pro Bottle

I broke my ion bottle and evidently threw away the seal (didn’t even really know there was one). Customers service was very timely on their response. They got back with me the same day I emailed. Excellent! The seal was very reasonably priced at $1.99. Again, excellent! Unfortunately the shipping was $6.99!!! The seal can easily fit into a standard envelope so I’m not sure why elaborate and expensive shipping is needed.

I was sent the seals for the Pro bottle. I purchased the ATOM bottle and the seals at the same time.
