Kate’s Real Food bars are by far the best that I have ever had. No chalky texture or weird chemical smell or flavors like other bars. Natural, organic foods for ingredients means feeling good about what you’re putting in your body, but the best part is that they’re all delicious!

Very tasty. As a diabetic, I need to watch my carb intake. At 28 grams of carb, these fit well into my meal planning.
