I decided to buy a second pair of shoes from BLKBRD because the quality of the first pair was off the charts good. When I sent in the online order for the second pair, I made a mistake with the size and entered size 6 instead of size 10US. I did not even realize my mistake until BLKBRD reached out as the caught my mistake. I don’t know of a single other company who would have done that. I felt the service of a bespoke shoemaker.if there was 10 more stars I would have given them. Thank you!

The brass tap toe feature was expertly crafted. I really like how the Blkbrd lable was added. This created a very nice customized touch!
