Chicken & Fish Bundle with Taste of States Cookbook

I love reading more than I love cooking. I have to say I reviewed the recipes, then started reading about all the places to go see and eat. I have tried the first recipe in the book, salmon, which was wonderful, better than eating out. I have use the spices on several chicken dishes and was not disappointment.

I enjoy your YouTube channel so much that I had to have your cookbook and some of your spices. I haven't used the spices yet but I've spent hours going over the cookbook. It's nothing short of brilliant! So well done, I want to make every recipe except the seafood ones...not a fan. You two are so loveable and I so enjoy your videos.

I was not expecting something so in depth! Wonderful job. Your recipes are very easy with complex flavor!
