I ordered this jug to try and help me get a gallon of water in everyday. I liked the idea of only having to fill up twice a day. After having to reach out to customer service regarding a gasket that was missing from the top, therfore allowing it to leak throughout the day, they sent me out a new top that same day and the jug has been been great ever since. Customer service was excellent to deal with as well.
