Really lovely shoes, especially the beautiful color. I own a few pairs of leather shoes, and I am accustomed to them being pretty hardy, but the leather on these shoes feels a little fragile. I am unconvinced that they would recover fully from light wear with a good polish because of how thin and extremely supple the leather feels. They are lovely shoes, but I am concerned about wearing them out if I am not totally confident my route will be clean and dry.
