Hair Skin and Nails Protocol

I’ve been taking for a week. And u noticed my nails growing & not thinning out on tips. I will keep taking 1 a day. Then with up to 2. I’m really figuring on PEA & daily multivitamin.

After a couple weeks using hair skin and nails, my friend said my skin looks better. She asked me what I was using on my face. Also my nails are growing faster and stronger. I love it and plan to continue taking this and see how my hair grows too!

Love the hair skin and nails. I tried to go cheaper and use the Costco brand. Had to start all over. But now I’m back on it routinely.
