Fly or ultralight success

These are fantastic for making Euro Nymph Patterns and ultralight spinning rod jigs. For the fly rod follow the size for the pattern in mind. For example, I used floro pink 3/16 with Chartreuse body/ tail for Hickory Shad flies as an alternative for the run of the mill shad patterns. They worked very well. For ultralight fishing under 4lb test try the 4.5 on up sized beads. Go smaller if you wish. Any brand works. Use your imagination. If you are like me you won't be buying many factory jig heads moving forward. And installing fresh plastic bodies all day is a thing of the past. 100+ fish per hand tied jig is normal. Tight lines!
