There was nothing wrong with the products themselves, but there was a lot wrong with everything else. From placing the order to receiving it took three months. The actual shipping time was about 1.5 weeks, which is reasonable. However, stating that orders will be shipped within two weeks and then not shipping them for 2.5 months is completely unacceptable. Everything I purchased was listed as in stock, and I spent 343 AUD. In my opinion, a company should at least respond to customer emails. I sent three emails to customer service and never received a reply. I also sent DM’s on Instagram and only got a response after repeatedly commenting on their posts. I was given false promises and misleading information throughout the process. This is an unprofessional company that clearly cannot handle the volume of orders it receives. If that is the case, they should not make promises they cannot keep and should temporarily pause new orders until they can fulfill existing ones.
