Hailey Chrome Crossbody Phone Case - Chrome Black/Gold

My phone case was delivered with one spot that was chipped off on the gold part . I tried to reach out to customer service but looks like there is no phone number to call . Because l purchased it at 15% off it’s considered final sale so no returns or exchanges and when you go on their site and enter order number there is no way to input details for return as it will be marked “ no return or exchange “ and so it’s greyed out and you can’t input anything . This was my first purchase and l was thoroughly disappointed. I purchased the phone case , AirPods case and the Extended Pouch at a total of $192. 02 and for that price the least l deserved was being afforded the chance to reach out to customer service to see if they could assist . Super disappointed as it seems they intentionally make it difficult to reach out regards discounted items

I have been a loyal Bandolier customer for years. I accidentally ordered the wrong size phone case and was granted a full refund minus shipping. I so wish they made the Hailey chrome in a IPhone 16 plus. I am totally happy with the way I was treated. I love the products!
