Not an effective product
This product does not do anything at all to reduce the appearance of oily hair. I have even tried using it proactively before hair appears oily and it still does not work at all. Very disappointed.

free of the 15 worst toxins this is a much better choice! Plus the colors are so perfect! I just love having summer nails painted.
