I’ve experienced daily puffiness since having surgery in 2021. I chocked it up to just having too much sodium. However even after cutting down on salty foods, nothing seemed to help. After 3 weeks of drinking this tea first thing each morning, I’ve noticed less puffiness in my face and extremities. I also usually don’t like the taste of tea, but this one is very pleasant and easy to drink.
