I really appreciate the design of this product and the high quality. I don't use the videos or anything, I practice in a way that works for my body, and because of the flexibility in how you can approach the LIT 'machine' it gives way to many types of practice. I tend to think of it more as an instrument; the water is responding to the engaged action and that creates a lovely call and response. I also use it more like a pilates reformer for some of the movements. I appreciate that I can row in many ways, pulling to the left/right/up/down are all possible (depending on how back you're sitting) because the 'rope' doesn't slip the holder. Dealing with the installation video was a waste of time. Just feedback that paper instructions are relevant and helpful, post a PDF somewhere, or add the instructions with the unit; it costs little to provide this and would have saved a lot of time. While I know I can store it standing, I don't. I'd read some reviews that the water leaked, and I think if you remove some water it won't, having read that, I don't want to take the risk.

Bought this for my wife as a christmas gift and she loves it. Well built piece of equipment.
