Very impressed.

The saw runs like a scolded dog. It took 3 pulls for the first fire up. 5 purge bulb presses, 2 choked pulls, then 1 run pull. It cuts like nobody's business, for the money you spend on the saw, it's worth every penny and some. I intend on ordering more of their products.

This is my second saw order from Neotec. I cut a lot of wood for heat and the saw I ordered last year still works great but I wanted to try the next size bigger. When the new one arrived unfortunately it had been damaged beyond repair in shipment. Contacted Neotec Support and they evaluated pictures and sent me another saw. It arrived quickly and now has been cutting for 3 days straight with no issues. I have used top name saws for years and Neotec will cut with the best of them for a 1/3 of the cost.
