[Final Price $304] Neo-tec NS892V 92cc 25 28 36 42 inch High-performance Gas Chainsaw

We purchases the saw, bar, and chain combo. We recieved the saw. Which is useless without the rest that we paid for. Have called multiple times spoke with soemone one day they said they would make a ticket. Called two days later same person answered said he would escalate it. Have called every day since no one will answer. Have emailed the email they say to use for fastest service 5 times not a single reply so I guess we are just out the money. It looks like it would be a good saw. Wish we would of got the rest of it to try out. We ordered this 6/5/26. Beware if you order and are missing parts u cant get any answers. Cant even get my money back for what was never shipped. We were really looking forward to trying this out….
